The following house rules help us maintain a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
Alcohol Service & Drinking-Up Time
Alcohol is available throughout our licensed opening hours.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, valid photo ID will be required.
Last orders are called before closing time, and a drinking-up period is provided in line with licensing requirements to allow guests to finish drinks responsibly.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is intoxicated.
All drinks purchased on the premises must be consumed onsite. Alcohol is not permitted to be taken off the premises.
Children & Younger Guests
Children are welcome during our daytime coffee shop hours when accompanied by an adult. Please note that our venue is primarily designed with adults in mind, and we do not offer facilities such as high chairs or dedicated children’s amenities.
In the evenings, due to the nature of our bar and live music events and in line with our premises alcohol licence conditions:
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult after 20:00
- Strictly no under 18s are permitted on the premises after 23:00 (including for private events)
Smoking & Vaping
In line with UK law, smoking and vaping are strictly not permitted anywhere inside the venue.
Drugs & Substance Use
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs and substance misuse. Anyone found in possession of, using, or attempting to supply illegal substances will be refused entry or removed from the premises and may be reported to the authorities.
Dress Code
For our evening bar hours and live music events, we operate a smart casual dress code. Jeans and tailored shorts are welcome. We kindly ask that guests avoid sportswear, including tracksuits and athletic shorts.
Please note that entry is managed by our doorman, who may limit access at busy times to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
Dogs
Due to the size and nature of our venue, we are not generally dog-friendly. However, small, well-behaved dogs may be permitted during quiet daytime hours at staff discretion, depending on guest numbers.
Dogs are not permitted during evening service or live events due to capacity and safety considerations.
Assistance dogs are always welcome.
